Alternate National Secretary

Hello, my name is Debbie Massengale. I am married to Dwayne who has worked as an engineer for CSX Transportation out of Manchester, GA for 23 years. Dwayne is a member of BLET Division 779 and currently serves as the State Legislative Chairman for the BLET in the state of Georgia.

Dwayne and I live in LaGrange, GA. We have four grown children, three daughters and a son. We also have five precious grandchildren who bring us tremendous joy and keep us running to see them participate in all kinds of activities, such as baseball, theatre, gym team and dance.

I am a retired elementary school teacher and taught all grades from kindergarten through fifth grades, except for fourth grade. After retiring from teaching, I obtained my real estate license and sold real estate for several years before fully retiring.

After retiring, I began attending divisional and national meetings with Dwayne and have participated in the BLET Auxiliary meetings at each conference. It is such an honor to now be a more involved member of the Auxiliary. I look forward to serving as the National Alternate Secretary and getting to know all my wonderful auxiliary sisters!
